Reach Therapy is a registered to provider of WorkSafe physiotherapy services and can provide injured workers with rehabilitating services for work-related injuries to get them back to the workforce and return to a more normal life again.
Your physiotherapy treatments can commence immediately after you’ve suffered your workplace injury, however you will be responsible for paying for any treatment before your WorkSafe approves your claim and issues you a WorkSafe Claim Number. We advise our patients to keep all their receipts from physiotherapy treatment sessions for future reimbursement purposes.

What we can treat
WorkSafe Funded Eligibility Criteria
WorkSafe Victoria will pay the reasonable costs of your physiotherapy treatment in the following circumstances:
- Your physiotherapy treatment is required as a result of a work-related injury or illness
- Your physiotherapy treatment is clinically justified, safe and effective
- Your physiotherapy treatment is for the sole purpose of rehabilitating a work-related injury and NOT any non-work-related injuries
- Your physiotherapy treatment is likely to achieve or maintain a measurable functional improvement to get you back into work again

- Muscle strains
- Neck pain
- Tennis elbow
- Poor posture
- Ankle sprains

- Repetitive strain injury

- Moderate to severe acquired brain injury
- Crush injuries
- Extensive burns
- Spinal cord injuries
- Multiple orthopaedic fractures
- Limb amputations
